The client is an IT company that relocated its office to a new building and aimed to arrange the attic floor as the personal space for the manager.
The premises had a typical appearance of leased spaces - white painted walls, glossy ceramic granite flooring, and a huge number of cold spectrum spotlights.
Therefore, it was decided to add soft and natural textures - metal beams and columns were lined with 100-year-old barn oak, accents were placed on the walls using decorative plaster with a rust effect, and the meeting room, office, and large lounge area were zonally highlighted. The kitchen and bathroom were separately allocated.
The client's request was to design the attic as private apartments, where one can relax and unwind, and, if necessary, hold meetings in a more private atmosphere.
